Responsibilities
- Query and analyze data from multiple healthcare and billing databases using SQL
- Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI
- Aggregate and transform data from various sources to support business intelligence initiatives
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
- Develop executive dashboards and operational reports that provide actionable insights
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests and data analysis as needed
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting solutions
Skills
- Healthcare, clinical, or healthcare billing industry experience is mandatory
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL for querying and analyzing data across multiple databases
- Experience working with healthcare applications and billing systems
- Advanced report writing and data analysis skills
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization
- Ability to aggregate, transform, and model data for business reporting
- Experience handling ad-hoc reporting requests
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with healthcare data, EMR/EHR, claims, or billing systems
- Strong understanding of data modeling and reporting best practices
