- Evaluate generated artifacts (documents, spreadsheets, slide decks) for factual accuracy, structural integrity, and domain appropriateness using defined quality rubrics
- Identify and document errors spanning content accuracy, data logic, formatting, and visual presentation standards
- Deliver clear, well-structured written feedback that enables iterative improvement of evaluated outputs
- Apply CRM operations and data quality frameworks to assess whether outputs meet professional-grade standards
- Maintain consistent scoring discipline across diverse artifact types and varying levels of complexity
Skills
- Demonstrated professional expertise in data quality management, CRM operations, or a closely related discipline
- Strong command of data accuracy assessment including validation logic, field-level integrity, and workflow coherence
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with particular strength in PowerPoint and Google Slides
- Ability to produce precise, actionable written evaluations under independent, self-directed working conditions
- Native or professional-level English fluency with strong technical writing capability
