Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Anumana is an AI-driven company founded by nference and Mayo Clinic, delivering ECG algorithms for early diagnosis and intervention. They are seeking a highly specialized and experienced EPIC Cupid Analyst to design, optimize, and manage ECG workflows, acting as the subject matter expert responsible for the end-to-end technical workflow.
Responsibilities
- Workflow Design & Build: Architect and build complex ECG workflows within the EPIC Cupid module, including the setup and maintenance of order panels, order sets, and parent/child order structures
- System Interoperability: Manage and optimize the bi-directional interfaces between EPIC and third-party ECG management systems, ensuring orders are accurately transmitted and diagnostic results are seamlessly received and filed
- Billing Integration: Ensure that all clinical workflows are properly configured to capture medical billing accurately, troubleshooting any gaps in how charges are processed and routed from the ECG system through EPIC
- Collaboration & Troubleshooting: Partner closely with internal R&D, Operations, and institutional EHR analysts to develop innovative technical solutions, troubleshoot integration challenges, and optimize system performance
Skills
- Must be able to work in US, and be able to work regular business hours (7-9am start - 5-7pm, EST)
- Successful experience in designing, optimizing and managing ECG workflows
- Deep knowledge of the EPIC Cupid module, specific to cardiology/ECG workflows, order set creation, and interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR)
- Proven hands-on experience working with EPIC HER in major, complex hospital networks with experience at Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, or equivalent tier systems is highly preferred
