The Senior Manager of the Consumer Experience Strategy & Operations team will define and execute in-app experiences for the marketplace, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer engagement.
Responsibilities
• Define, execute and build in-app experiences for our entire marketplace
• Bring AI-forward solutions into our app
• Refine our go-to-market playbook
• Work cross-functionally across other teams within strategy & operations, product, engineering, analytics, marketing and others
• Manage a team of direct and indirect reports
• Develop the optimal strategy for best serving our customers
• Transform strategies into operational experiments that create measurable and actionable outcomes
• Assess the operational and financial impacts of decisions and iterate based on data
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including marketing, design, product, and operations
Skills
• 8+ years of experience in high-performance cultures (whether in tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, startups or a related experience)
• 2+ years of experience managing teams
• Ability to solve problems from first principles
• Customer focused with the ability to identify consumer pain points and build go to market strategy
• Comfortable operating at both high-level strategy and detailed operational levels
• Analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions, including pulling data in SQL or modeling in Excel
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, startup environments
