They are seeking a Senior Product Engineer to architect and build an intuitive user interface that transforms complex data into actionable insights while collaborating with various teams to enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build a highly performant, intuitive, and data-rich user interface using React and TypeScript that turns billions of observability signals into clear, actionable insights
- Co-own the frontend architecture — component design, state management, and overall structure — ensuring the UI remains fast and performant even with massive datasets
- Work closely with product, design, and backend engineers to define not just how the product looks, but how it feels. Champion the user experience in every interaction
- Ship production code from week one. Within three months, deliver significant user-facing features that directly improve how customers visualize data and diagnose issues
- Leverage AI and agentic coding tools to accelerate development, applying deep technical judgment to verify, refine, and own the final output
- Mentor other engineers and drive frontend best practices across the team, including Tailwind CSS, testing frameworks, and component patterns
Skills
- Extensive experience building complex, data-intensive applications with React and TypeScript
- Strong knowledge of charting and data visualization libraries (e.g., Recharts, D3)
- Deep familiarity with modern frontend practices, including component-based architecture and state management
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting beautiful, high-performance user interfaces
- Experience with testing frameworks and a commitment to writing well-tested code
- Comfort consuming RESTful APIs and collaborating closely with backend teams
- A working knowledge of server-side development
- Experience with observability, monitoring, or developer tooling products
- Familiarity with the OpenTelemetry ecosystem or cloud-native technologies
- Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment
