Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Remote Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of their cutting-edge SaaS platforms. As a fully remote Senior Product Manager, you will possess a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and market dynamics. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making to prioritize features and requirements. You will be the voice of the customer, ensuring that product development efforts meet user needs and deliver significant value. Key responsibilities:
Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key SaaS platforms. Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements through user research, market analysis, and direct customer feedback. Translate business needs into detailed product specifications and user stories for the engineering team. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams throughout the product development lifecycle. Launch new features and products, ensuring successful adoption and customer satisfaction. Analyze product performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and potential threats or opportunities. Manage product backlog and ensure effective execution of development sprints. Serve as a subject matter expert for the product and communicate its value proposition to internal and external stakeholders. Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the product management practice.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred. A minimum of 6 years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on B2B SaaS products, is required. Proven experience in leading product strategy, roadmap development, and product launches. Deep understanding of agile development methodologies and experience working with distributed engineering teams. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
