This role involves overseeing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring quality deliverables while coordinating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Leading complex projects from initiation through completion
- Oversees project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and client expectations
- Coordinates with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners
- Manages risk and issue resolution
- Maintains clear communication across all stakeholders
- Tracking project milestones
- Preparing status reports
- Optimizing workflows
- Supporting continuous improvement of project management processes

- Contributes to strategic planning
- Upholds compliance with safety, regulatory, and company requirements

- Strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives
- Expediting-related skills, including experience as an Expeditor and proficiency in Expediting to keep materials and approvals on schedule
- Inspection-related skills, including conducting Inspection activities to ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to specifications
- Logistics-focused skills, including Logistics Management capabilities to manage deliveries, inventory, and supply chain coordination
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, familiarity with project management tools/software, and a detail-oriented approach to documentation
- Relevant experience managing large-scale or multi-site projects, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or related industries
- The ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and maintain professionalism and integrity in all interactions
- A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is beneficial
