Responsibilities
- Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to document REST APIs, SDK workflows, and cloud-based architecture
- Maintain and organize internal technical knowledge bases using Polarion
Skills
- 4+ years technical writing experience, preferably developing highly-technical user documentation for advanced engineering customers
- Experience developing API and SDK documentation for the iOS and Android platforms
- Hands on experience with Polarion
- BA/BS in Technical Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Excellent written English skills
- Excellent verbal interpersonal skills
- Eagerness and aptitude to learn new technologies quickly
- Ability to contribute broadly to documentation structure and design
- Comfort with a changing, dynamic software development environment
- Able to handle high workload, multiple responsibilities, and tight deadlines
- Motivation to succeed while working independently
- Familiarity with content creation on Confluence or similar systems; experience with Arena
- Exposure / experience to AI tools to assist with documentation creation
