Responsibilities
- Design and build intuitive, responsive interfaces that simplify complex AI and agent‑based workflows
- Create real‑time visualisations that clearly communicate system status and decision‑making
- Enable seamless human‑AI collaboration through thoughtful interaction design
- Develop reusable UI components that scale across future Labs initiatives
- Extend into backend services and cloud APIs when needed to deliver end‑to‑end solutions
- Prototype with emerging frameworks and AI‑assisted development tools
- Contribute to a culture of experimentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
Skills
- Substantial experience building modern frontend applications with frameworks such as React, SolidJS, Vue, or similar
- Proven ability with TypeScript, modern CSS, and responsive design
- Demonstrated skill creating high‑performance, interactive interfaces using SVG, Canvas, or WebGL
- Strong understanding of real‑time data handling, dynamic state management, and streaming updates
- Working knowledge of backend fundamentals, including Go or Python services and cloud‑based APIs
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, rapidly prototyping, and iterating toward scalable solutions
- A collaborative mindset and passion for design craft, accessibility, and performance
