They are seeking a skilled Sr. Project Manager to lead technology and integration projects, ensuring the seamless delivery of enhancements to their IoT-enabled wellness platform and supporting systems.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and close projects using Agile/Scrum and traditional PM methodologies, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality
- Manage projects involving Atlassian Suite (Jira for tracking, Confluence for documentation and knowledge sharing)
- Oversee SDLC processes and IT integrations, including Salesforce customizations, API connections, IoT device data flows, mobile apps, and internal corporate systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, wellness coaches, and sales) to gather requirements, manage scope, and resolve blockers
- Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and maintain clear stakeholder communication through status reports, dashboards, and demos
- Drive continuous improvement in project processes, tools, and team performance
- Ensure all initiatives align with our client’s mission of combining human insight with innovative technology to support senior independence
Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Project Manager
- PMP Certification (required)
- Proven expertise with the Atlassian Suite (Jira and Confluence)
- Hands-on experience with SDLC and IT integrations (APIs, data platforms, enterprise systems)
- Exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM/corporate systems
- Strong ability to work independently in a 100% remote setting with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for healthcare, senior wellness, or technology that improves quality of life
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Experience in IoT projects or healthcare services (especially senior care, remote monitoring, or wellness platforms)
- Familiarity with data-driven environments or regulated industries (HIPAA awareness a plus)
