They are seeking a Staff Program Manager to lead complex, high-impact programs that enable the organization's most critical technology and security priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic ETS programs — from scoping and planning through execution, risk management, and stakeholder reporting
- Drive governance, risk, and compliance programs across cloud infrastructure, IT systems, and security operations, ensuring alignment with frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and FedRAMP
- Establish and maintain program management best practices, playbooks, and governance frameworks that scale across the ETS organization
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for program status, milestone tracking, resource coordination, and executive-level reporting across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Partner with ETS leadership, engineering, legal, and executive stakeholders to define program objectives, resolve cross-functional dependencies, influence decision-making, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
- Identify, track, and proactively mitigate program risks and issues; escalate effectively while maintaining stakeholder confidence
- Champion continuous improvement by analyzing program performance data, identifying opportunities to improve delivery practices, and implementing scalable operational improvements the ETS organization
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification strongly preferred
- 7+ years of progressive experience in program or project management, with a strong track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs in enterprise technology, security, or compliance environments
- Demonstrated experience managing GRC, IT transformation, or security programs at scale; familiarity with frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, or FedRAMP is a strong asset
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills — able to build trust, influence without authority, and present complex program status with clarity
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems by bringing structure, sound judgment, and practical solutions to evolving business needs
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess complex risks, evaluate trade-offs, and make informed recommendations using data
- Hands-on proficiency with project and program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet; able to configure and tailor tooling to support program governance and team workflows
- Proven experience developing executive reporting and dashboards that communicate program health, risks, dependencies, and actionable insights for senior leadership
- Experience working in or alongside quantum computing, deep-tech, or similarly innovative technology organizations is a plus
