Role Overview – Customer Service Associate (Swedish‑Speaking)

This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract with the possibility of extension, offering a full‑time schedule of 40 hours per week. You will operate from your registered Dutch home address, providing top‑tier support to arenaflex customers based in Sweden through phone, chat, and email channels. No prior customer service experience is required—comprehensive training and a complete equipment package will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Working Hours & Schedule Flexibility

The role demands a flexible schedule aligned with customer demand. You will work a minimum of 40 hours per week, typically divided into five 8‑hour shifts. Shifts rotate across early mornings, evenings, weekends, and national holidays to ensure coverage between 07:00 and 21:00 CET, Monday through Sunday. Schedules are published six weeks in advance, allowing you to plan personal commitments effectively. Overtime and holiday work are compensated in accordance with Dutch labour regulations.
