They are seeking an Entry-Level Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting for home health clinicians and to connect compassionate clinicians with meaningful careers.
Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruiting for home health clinicians (RNs, PTs, OTs, and STs)
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and community outreach
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidate fit
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Assist with onboarding and credentialing processes
- Participate in hiring events and job fairs (some travel required)
- Manage and prioritize a high-volume workload (up to 50 requisitions)
Skills
- College education required (or currently pursuing)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn ATS systems
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a dedicated home office
- Home health or healthcare experience required
