The UX/UI Design Intern will collaborate with design and product teams to create impactful designs and enhance user experiences for their AI interview platform.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs for web products
- Improve the user experience of our AI interview platform
- Conduct and support user research and translate insights into design decisions
- Use AI tools actively in your design process — how you use them is up to you, but fluency is expected
- Work cross-functionally with engineering and marketing to bring features to life
Skills
- A student or recent graduate in design or a related field
- Familiar with Figma (or other design tools) and UX best practices
- AI-native — you use AI in your workflow and are excited to keep pushing that
- Curious, self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable figuring things out independently
- Passionate about intuitive, human-centered design
- Bonus if you're interested in AI, HR Tech, or startups!
