Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RibbitZ LLC is seeking experienced and self-driven US IT Recruiters to join their recruitment team. The role involves sourcing high-quality candidates for various IT positions across the United States, working with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to private sector clients.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified IT professionals for US-based contract and full-time positions
- Work on technologies including Java, .NET, AWS, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, SAP, Salesforce, AI/ML, QA, Business Analysis, Project Management, and more
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other sourcing methods
- Conduct initial candidate screening and technical qualification
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates
- Collect required submission documents such as resumes, work authorization, availability, and other client-specific requirements
- Ensure candidates meet client requirements before submission
- Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Build long-term relationships with candidates for future opportunities
Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in US IT Recruitment
- Strong understanding of US staffing processes (C2C, W2, 1099, Full-Time)
- Experience recruiting for technical roles across multiple technologies
- Familiarity with US work authorization types (USC, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, OPT/CPT, TN, etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, or similar sourcing platforms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience recruiting for State, Federal, or Direct Client requirements
- Existing network of US IT consultants
- Experience working with VMS/MSP environments
