Trawick Financial Services is a growing insurance marketing organization supporting a nationwide network of life insurance and annuity professionals. They are hiring a Wealth Consultant to serve as an on-call resource for agents, helping them design, present, and close complex cases without engaging in prospecting or cold-calling.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the go-to advanced-markets resource for your assigned book of 20–50 life insurance and annuity agents, helping them design, structure, and close large and complex cases
- Partner with agents on case design and strategy across advanced life and annuity solutions, including indexed universal life (IUL), fixed and fixed indexed annuities (FIAs), and tax-efficient retirement income planning
- Join sales calls and client Zoom meetings alongside your agents to present concepts clearly and move cases toward close
- Proactively check in with your assigned agents to keep them current on product updates, market developments, and the full range of what Trawick offers
- Translate complex insurance and annuity concepts into language that agents — and their clients — can understand and act on
- Manage your own pipeline and follow-up across phone, text, email, and video, keeping every case moving efficiently
Skills
- Active Life Insurance license in good standing
- Active Errors & Omissions (E&O) coverage
- Current Anti-Money Laundering (AML) certification
- Clean standing with your Department of Insurance — no vectors, complaints, or compliance flags
- Minimum 2 years of experience selling life insurance and annuities
- Strong command of complex, advanced sales concepts in life insurance and annuities
- Excellent communication across phone, text, email, and Zoom
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Tech-capable and comfortable learning new tools and adapting to a fast-changing market
- Willing and able to travel for conferences on an infrequent basis (approximately once per year)
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Sales: 2 years (Required)
- Life Insurance License (Required)
