[Remote] Workday Service Desk Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Baptist Health is looking for a Workday Service Desk Analyst to join their team. The role involves managing Workday requests, providing training and issue resolution, and performing data analysis and project support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as owner of Workday requests, training, and issue resolution via Cherwell tickets, email, and phone
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities such as report writing, data analysis and clean up, and project support
• Advise HRIS Director of common or recurring issues that may require process improvement development
• Provide customer service and training for all Workday users
