Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager

We're looking for a RevOps Manager to join the team at Lumiform. In this role, you'll build the engine that fills our sales pipeline: mapping our total addressable market, finding the right contacts, and running signal-based outbound campaigns that get demos on the calendar.

At Lumiform, we help companies digitize and automate their frontline operations, from inspections to audits and workflows. Over 1,000 paying customers and 45,000 active users rely on Lumiform to operate more safely and efficiently. We're backed by Capnamic and 42CAP, have raised over €10 million, and are scaling fast across Europe and beyond.

This is not a strategy role. You will build, run, and iterate on systems yourself. If you love turning a messy spreadsheet into a fully automated HubSpot workflow, this is for you.

Tasks

What you’ll do:

As our RevOps Manager, you own the top of the sales funnel. You'll build the infrastructure that identifies the right companies, finds the right contacts, reaches out at the right moment, and gets meetings booked. You work closely with the CEO and the sales team, and your success is measured in demos scheduled. You will use tools like Clay, n8n/Make, Claude, Lemlist and Hubspt to build and launch creative, scalable campaigns, and identify new ways to engage and convert leads.

You are analytical, hands-on, and deeply curious about how to turn data into pipeline. You are not afraid to do manual work and you understand that great automation starts with understanding the problem yourself. You have a strong bias for action and love testing things quickly.
