Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at careerzynith. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for taking orders, making pizzas, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have an outgoing personality, are efficient and energetic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking orders and providing exceptional customer service over the phone, in-person, or through online channels
- Making pizzas and preparing food to meet our high standards of quality and presentation
- Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences
- Providing feedback and suggestions to improve our services and products
- Meeting sales and customer satisfaction targets, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Positive personality and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Customer service oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and meeting customer needs
- Clear, energetic voice and excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to work various shifts per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the food industry or a related field, with knowledge of pizza preparation and presentation
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Knowledge of Domino's Pizza products and services, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Positive attitude and energy, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
