About the Role
We're on the hunt for a talented and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at careerzynith. Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Provide top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with purchases both in-store and online.

- Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving for quick and satisfactory resolutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining store inventory levels and ensuring accurate product availability to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Cash Handling: Process customer payments accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and electronic transactions, while maintaining a high level of security and integrity.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to company safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and healthy environment for customers and colleagues.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers, including sharing knowledge and best practices to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to management for continuous improvement, helping us to refine our products and services to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

- Flexibility in work hours: The willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers and business.
Preferred Qualifications
