About the Role

We’re looking for a hungry, disciplined SDR to join our team and drive revenue through outbound sales to roofing companies across the US. This is a high-volume cold calling role where you’ll be reaching out to roofing contractors, connecting with decision makers, and getting them started with our platform.

This isn’t a “set a demo and hand it off” role. You’ll own the full cycle from first dial to first order and beyond, making sure customers are active and getting value. If you love the phone, thrive on structure, and want uncapped earning potential, keep reading.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll spend most of your day on the phone working through targeted call lists, connecting with owners and decision makers at roofing companies. Your core responsibilities include:

Compensation

$60,000 base salary + commission (OTE $80,000–$100,000/year).

Commission is uncapped - the harder you work, the more you earn.
