Role Overview
As a Sales Engineer, you will partner with sales, product, and implementation teams to demonstrate how M1 and JobBOSS2 help manufacturers streamline operations, improve production visibility, and accelerate business growth. You will work directly with prospective customers across various discrete manufacturing environments.

Deliver compelling demonstrations, lead discovery sessions, and translate customer requirements into recommended solution approaches. You will also serve as a trusted technical advisor, collaborate cross-functionally, and identify process improvement opportunities.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Presales Consultant, or similar customer-facing role
- Experience supporting ERP solutions for manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts
- Experience managing multiple opportunities and priorities
- Knowledge of cloud deployment models and SaaS environments
- Strong presentation, discovery, and consultative selling skills
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Teams
- Familiarity with SQL or reporting/query tools
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Manufacturing, or a related field
