We're growing our international sales team and need a pro-active, organised, and commercially minded Sales & Marketing Coordinator to be the engine room of our global sales operation.
What you'll own:
Preparing and sending quotes, proposals, and contracts for international clients with precision
Managing and maintaining CRM records so the team always has clean, actionable data
Qualifying inbound leads and routing them to the right regional sales rep
Coordinating demos, sample requests, trade event logistics, and sales meetings
Tracking order status and proactively communicating with customers across time zones
Producing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for leadership review
Collaborating with marketing to keep collateral, product specs, and materials current
Requirements
Essential
2–3+ years in sales support, sales coordination, or B2B customer service
Confident CRM user, HubSpot preferred
Strong written and verbal communicator, you're the voice of the team
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Bonus points for
Experience supporting international or multi-regional sales teams
A second language (in our target markets)
Familiarity with accessibility tech, assistive devices, or IT hardware
Knowledge of order management systems
