Senior Business Analyst (ServiceNow) – 13+ Years Experience – Healthcare Domain Location: Remote (Go-Live Onsite in Houston, TX Required) Job Type: Contract Compensation • Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 13+ years of experience and strong expertise in ServiceNow within the healthcare domain. This role requires a seasoned BA who can bridge business and technology, drive requirements, and support testing and release cycles. This is primarily a remote role, but candidates must be available to travel to Houston, Texas for go-live support (a few days onsite presence required). ️ Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements • Work closely with stakeholders across healthcare operations and IT teams • Drive ServiceNow implementations and enhancements • Support test planning, UAT coordination, and release activities • Participate in go-live planning and execution • Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement sessions Required Skills & Experience • 13+ years of experience as a Business Analyst • Strong healthcare domain experience (mandatory) • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, including: • ITOM / HAM / SAM • SecOps / IRM • HRSD • Experience in Test & Release management support • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment ⭐ Preferred Qualifications • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or relevant modules) • Experience in Agile / Scrum environments • Familiarity with ITIL processes Travel Requirement • Must be willing to travel to Houston, Texas for go-live support (few days onsite mandatory)
