Tessitura is a nonprofit technology company for arts and cultural organizations, dedicated to helping them thrive. We provide a unified CRM and commerce engine that brings together marketing, ticketing, fundraising, and customer data by enabling organizations to drive revenue, understand their audiences, and deliver more meaningful experiences.

Our platform powers 800+ organizations across ten countries, including world-renowned performing arts centers, museums, orchestras, and cultural institutions, as well as innovative and emerging organizations that are redefining how culture is experienced and accessed by their communities.

By equipping these organizations with better technology and insight, we help them expand their reach, strengthen relationships, and amplify the tremendous cultural and social value they deliver to their communities.

Job Summary:

Tessitura is in the middle of a growth transformation and how we look, feel, and show up in the market needs to match our ambition. This role exists because we’re ready to raise the bar on everything visual: our brand, our campaigns, our sales materials, our digital presence, and how we tell our story to the world.

The Senior Creative Designer is the person who makes that real. You’ll take complex products, ideas, and stories and turn them into visual work that’s clear, compelling, and impossible to ignore. Not safe. Not templated. Work that makes people stop, pay attention, and think differently about what Tessitura is.

This isn’t a ticket-taker role. You’ll shape creative direction, push the team’s thinking on what’s possible, and have real ownership over how Tessitura’s visual identity evolves. You’ll work across the full growth system - campaigns, product launches, sales enablement, events, executive communications - and you’ll be the person who makes all of it look and feel like it comes from a company that knows exactly who it is.

This is a hands-on role. You do the work designing, building, and iterating while also bringing a point of view on where we should go next.
