The Senior Data Entry & Voice‑of‑Customer Analyst is a pivotal member of the Customer Listening Team, a cross‑functional group that translates raw survey feedback into actionable intelligence. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders—including product owners, data engineers, and agile delivery teams—to capture and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain robust data models that support both batch and real‑time analytics, leveraging technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python.
- Design, implement, and optimize ETL pipelines that ingest, cleanse, and enrich VoC data from multiple sources, including survey platforms, CRM systems, and third‑party APIs.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing, validation, and monitoring processes, guaranteeing that downstream analytics are reliable and trustworthy.
- Automate repetitive data‑entry tasks using scripting languages (Python, Shell) and workflow orchestration tools to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Partner with the analytics community to develop standardized metric definitions, dashboards, and reporting templates that enable self‑service insights for business users.

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on experience with big‑data ecosystems (Hive, Hadoop, Spark, PySpark) and Python programming.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain complex ETL pipelines in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, relational and NoSQL databases, and data warehousing principles.
- Experience working in an Agile delivery framework, delivering incremental value in short sprints.
