We are seeking an experienced Senior Director, FP&A - Growth with 10-15 years of experience to lead planning and analysis for our growth organization. This role will be a key strategic partner to the executive team, driving insights that shape pricing, forecasting, and revenue growth strategies. You will oversee all aspects of revenue modelling, reporting, sales and marketing operating expenses, and performance analysis, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market dynamics. Additionally, you will manage a global FP&A team aligned by region, fostering collaboration and consistency across geographies.

US Base Salary Range 150K – 175K USD

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is based on evaluation during interview process, the candidates’ range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.

US Hours Covering Eastern Time Zone
