About the Role

We're looking for a backend-first full stack engineer with real end-to-end ownership. You'll primarily design and ship FastAPI services and REST APIs; contribute to member-facing surfaces (web, iOS, Android); and work on APIs for AI consumption and/or EMR integrations.

You'll also have lighter exposure to E2E automation and AWS infrastructure.
You'll likely focus on one or more of our core backend domains: Clinical Systems & EMR, Identity & Access, Financial Operations or Patient Interaction, alongside broader API and platform work. All of this sits in a regulated healthcare environment where correctness, security, and user experience matter.
