Role Summary
The Senior Learning Specialist will lead a dynamic learning delivery team responsible for up to 30 Customer Support Associates. You will craft immersive adult‑learning environments—both in‑person and virtual—using a blend of instructional strategies, data analytics, and coaching techniques. Key Responsibilities
