Our Global Real Estate (GRE) organization is seeking a Senior Manager (Level L) to lead our Americas Transaction Management team, responsible for managing all Real Property transactions for the United States. This includes all real property capital acquisitions, dispositions, and lease events. This Senior Manager will be working in a virtual capacity.

You will manage the relationships between the GRE Americas Transaction team and senior leadership across Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) including the Boeing Business Units (BU), the GREF Business Unit Integrators (BUI), the GREF Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), GREF Projects, Asset Management, Construction and Engineering Team (ACE) and GREF Facilities Management.

This position will lead a real estate team of internal and external experts that will generate ideas and provide industry expertise that supports the development of Boeing’s long-range strategic portfolio needs as well as tactical short-term needs.  You will manage the Employee Portfolio Leaders (PL) and our major project leads who work with the other GREF–aligned teams and BUs to address Boeing real property needs. 

Also, you will manage the strategic relationship with Boeing’s GRE external vendor partners and Project Execution Leads (PEL).  This includes financial oversight of the relationship, day-to-day outcomes from the partnership as well as ensuring that the partner(s) are bringing the full capabilities of the provider to Boeing.

Summary Pay Range: $136,000 - $211,600
