The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in supporting the transfer of manufacturing operations from our Lakeland site, which is expected to remain operational through the end of 2026. This is a great opportunity for someone to grow their experience within a global medical

What you will do-
• Responsible for complying with all quality standards and requirements through the development, maintenance, and application of engineering principles and practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, GMP, and statistical methodologies to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Lead the transfer of new products, design changes, and line extensions to the production floor, ensuring smooth and compliant implementation.
• Identify, develop, and implement process, machining, and safety improvements across production lines to reduce scrap and increase efficiency.
• Perform failure analysis and drive solutions that improve medical device functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain operating procedures, standard work, and visual work instructions to support consistent quality and production performance.
• Provide technical support and training to team as needed
• Manage and prioritize engineering projects and team resources to meet operational goals, coaching and developing engineers and technicians.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Operations, Regulatory, R&D, and external partners to resolve issues and support compliant, cost-effective manufacturing.
What you need-
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant field required
• 2 or more years of related experience required
• Experience in the continuous process improvement and applying Lean Manufacturing techniques- preferred
