As a Senior Product UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design of our Skin Gambling and Casino Platform and for creating features from scratch. You will leverage your exceptional UX and UI skills to create designs that are both user-friendly and aligned with our business objectives. Your role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders, the marketing team, the engineering team, the Head of Design, and the Chief Product Officer to ensure our product meets the highest quality and performance standards.
5+ years of experience in product and UI/UX design, with full-cycle involvement in digital product development.
Extensive experience (3+ years) in the iGaming/Gambling domain, with an understanding of its unique challenges and user expectations.
Strong portfolio of iGaming/Gambling projects (minimum 1 large project or 2-3 small/medium ones), showcasing your product design skills with an emphasis on intuitive user flows, visual storytelling, and gambling features.
Proven experience in the CS Skin Gambling domain is a strong must (at least one solid project).
Experience in designing online casino mini-games (originals) from scratch.
Advanced proficiency in Figma and Figma Plugins, including interactive components and smart animate prototyping, prototyping tools, and other industry-standard design software.
Experience in building and maintaining scalable and consistent design systems.
Skilled in rapid prototyping - developing MVPs under tight time constraints.
Experience with A/B testing (split and multivariate) and validating design hypotheses.
Working with UX metrics: CSAT, CES, NPS, Time on Task, Error Rate, and System Usability Scale (SUS).
Familiarity with web and mobile design trends and standards within the gambling and online casino industry.
Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian and proficiency in English for technical collaboration in a remote/global team setting.
Ability to work within the CET/EET time zone.
Strong animation and illustration design skills.
Previous experience working in a start-up environment with rapid iteration cycles.
Core Design & Execution:
Own End-to-End Design: Lead the full design lifecycle (research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, testing, visual design, implementation support) for features on the Skin Gambling and Casino Platform, from concept to launch and iteration.
Create Features from Scratch: Conceptualize, design, and validate innovative new features that meet user needs and business objectives within the iGaming context.
Develop Intuitive User Flows: Design seamless, efficient, and engaging user journeys for complex gambling mechanics (e.g., betting processes, wallet management, game discovery, promotions).
Produce High-Fidelity UI: Craft visually compelling, on-brand, and user-friendly interfaces using advanced Figma capabilities (components, variants, auto-layout, interactive prototypes with Smart Animate).
Rapid Prototyping & MVP Delivery: Quickly develop interactive prototypes and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) under tight deadlines to validate concepts and facilitate fast iteration.
Strategy & User Understanding:
Align Design with Business Goals: Ensure all design solutions directly support core business objectives, KPIs, and the unique commercial drivers of the Skin Gambling/Casino platform.
Utilize UX Metrics: Define, track, and analyze key UX metrics (CSAT, CES, NPS, Time on Task, Error Rate, SUS) to measure design effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct User Research & Testing: Plan and execute appropriate user research (where feasible within constraints) and usability testing to validate designs and gather insights specific to the gambling audience.
Design Systems & Scalability:
Build & Maintain Design Systems: Develop, document, govern, and evolve a scalable, consistent, and accessible design system for the platform to ensure efficiency and coherence across all products.
Ensure UI Consistency: Champion and enforce design system usage and visual consistency across all features and platforms.
Document Design Specifications: Create clear and detailed design specifications, assets, and guidelines for seamless handoff to the engineering team.
Validation & Optimization:
Design & Analyze A/B Tests: Create distinct design variations, collaborate on hypothesis development, and analyze results of A/B (split) and multivariate tests to optimize user experience and business outcomes.
Validate Design Hypotheses: Use data from tests, analytics, and user feedback to validate or refute design assumptions and guide iterative improvements.
Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product Managers (including the CPO), Engineers, Marketing, Stakeholders, and the Head of Design to define requirements, align on vision, and ensure the feasibility and quality of implementation.
Present & Justify Design Solutions: Articulate design rationale, process, and decisions to stakeholders and team members, backed by research, data, and best practices.
Facilitate Design Workshops: Lead collaborative sessions (e.g., design sprints, brainstorming) to solve complex problems and align the team.
