Senior Sales Director - based Remote US

Jabil is at the forefront of the Connected Living and Digital Commerce market, an industry experiencing rapid growth and transformation. With over 100+ manufacturing sites globally and cutting-edge design and engineering capabilities, Jabil is uniquely positioned to support and accelerate the industry's expansion. We are seeking experienced sales professionals with 7+ years of experience, particularly focused on the Robotics and Automation dynamic markets. Typically, the sales are more consultative than transactional in which the purchase decision is complex and long, value is the key, and focus is on the solution. Strong Relationships at the executive level within key targets are critical to this strategy.

What will you do?

Business Strategy & Direction

  • Define and execute a sales strategy aligned with the company’s overall growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with prospective and existing customers at multiple stakeholder levels.
  • Lead the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through needs assessment, solution presentation, negotiation, close, and post‑sale follow‑up.
  • Partner with Sector VPs and Business Development to qualify and prioritize new customer opportunities.
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of the company’s operating model, business units, and go‑to‑market strategies to effectively position solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development, Operations, Finance, and Legal to develop competitive quotes and customer contracts.
  • Leverage CRM tools to identify, target, and track new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates to Sales and Marketing leadership on pipeline health, deal progress, and execution against strategy.

Commercial & Technical Responsibilities

  • Partner with Marketing to develop and execute customer and product penetration strategies for new accounts.
  • Translate customer requirements into clear commercial and operational inputs to support scalable solutions and new business wins.
  • Lead RFQ analysis and deliver compelling customer presentations, ensuring financial targets are met, including profitability and RONA.
  • Effectively articulate and promote the company’s capabilities, global footprint, and service offerings to prospective customers.
  • Own and lead commercial negotiations with new customers, driving mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required to support business objectives.

The pay range for this role is $187,600 - $337,700. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: August 31, 2026.

As part of the total rewards package, this position is eligible for a short-term incentive based on performance. In addition, Jabil offers benefits to enhance your health, wealth, and resilient self. These include medical, dental, and vision insurance plans; paid time off accruing at a rate of 3.07 hours during your first year of employment; 4 weeks of paid parental leave; in 2026, 11 company-paid holidays (9 fixed holidays and 2 optional floating holidays), subject to change yearly; 401(k) retirement plan; and employee stock purchase plan.
