We are looking for a Senior Recovery Strategist to serve as the definitive escalation point for high-value and highly skeptical claimants. This is not a standard outreach role; you are the bridge between initial contact and successful recovery. 

When a claim stalls, a claimant becomes unresponsive, or skepticism blocks progress, you step in to re-establish trust, dismantle objections, and lead the case to a successful resolution. This role requires a unique blend of investigative curiosity, executive presence, and the art of high-stakes negotiation.

This intensive period will include personalized coaching, dedicated mentoring, and rigorous group training sessions designed to sharpen your skills. While we are providing the tools and support necessary for excellence, we maintain high expectations for your professional development. We fully anticipate and expect consistent performance and execution as you navigate this ramp and solidify your path toward long-term success within the firm.
