We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sourcing Specialist to join our Strategic Sourcing team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with business stakeholders across the organization to make intelligent sourcing decisions in selecting service providers to maximize the value of our substantial annual professional services spend, and to mitigate risks through intelligent contract negotiations.
This role involves leading RFPs, negotiating organization and segment-level deals, managing vendor relationships, recommending best-in-class providers and innovations, facilitating process improvements, and bringing stakeholders across the segments together for collaboration and leveraging opportunities. As a Senior Sourcing Specialist at arenaflex, you will become an integral part of a dynamic team responsible for the strategic sourcing of Professional Services. You will build relationships with key executives, advise on market engagement to identify the best vendor partners, lead deal negotiations, and help optimize cross-segment vendor relationships. This role will expose you to a wide variety of projects spanning numerous service-providing industries, including consulting and advisory, financial, tax, audit, data subscriptions, translations, temporary workers, managed services, and more.
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
Preferred: Advanced degree or certifications in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Business Administration
