Service Team Leader

We are seeking a Service Engineer who will be responsible for servicing ABB robots at our customers’ sites.
The work model for the role is: remote
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Performing service tasks related to ABB robotics products and systems.
- Providing technical and service support to Customers.
- Carrying out repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
- Preparing service quotations and recommending optimal technical solutions.
- Actively contributing to the improvement of service offerings and products.
- Providing technical support to service sales teams.
- Delivering the highest level of customer support using advanced technologies and smart remote tools — including remote diagnostics systems and digital service applications.
Qualifications for the role:
- University degree in engineering — preferred fields: robotics, automation, or mechanics.
- Professional experience in a similar position or in Maintenance/Production Support departments.
- Knowledge of ABB robots will be considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in using a computer and MS Office tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships with Customers.
- Good command of English allowing effective work in an international environment.
- Independence, responsibility, and strong task‑completion discipline.
- Ability to work in a team, good work organization, and a results‑oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
- Category B driving license.
- Flexibility and the ability to operate within the structure of a global organization.
