- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly data reports that support operational decision‑making and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with the IT team to refine data entry workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance data validation rules.
Customer Communication & Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for Smart Club members via phone, email, and chat, delivering courteous and timely assistance.
