Crossroads Continuum provides comprehensive, ABA-based educational, clinical, and community services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities across the lifespan. Elevate and Discover Center-Based Services emphasize clinical integrity, safety, individualized support, and collaboration within structured therapeutic environments.

Position Overview

Crossroads Continuum is seeking a creative and organized Social Media Consultant to lead our digital presence across key platforms. This contractor will develop strategy, create engaging content, and manage our online community while collaborating with internal program leaders to ensure messaging aligns with our mission and initiatives.

This is a monthly retainer-based contract role with clearly defined deliverables and opportunities to expand scope over time.

Core Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Planning

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive social media plan
• Align content strategy with organizational initiatives, events, and program goals
• Coordinate messaging with internal stakeholders and program leads

Content Creation & Publishing

• Manage three social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Create up to 8 unique posts per month
• Schedule and publish all approved content
• Provide up to two rounds of revisions per deliverable

Community Management

• Monitor comments, messages, and engagement
• Provide community management on two designated days per week (e.g., Tuesday & Thursday)

Reporting & Analytics

• Deliver a monthly analytics report summarizing performance, engagement trends, and recommendations

Project Coordination

• Manage the full content approval workflow
• Coordinate feedback between Crossroads staff and leadership
• Ensure deadlines are met and communications stay organized

Creative Assets

• Provide all original and raw design files associated with deliverables

➕ Additional Services (As Needed)

The following services are outside the base scope and may be added for an additional fee upon request:

• Additional revisions beyond the included rounds
• Photography or videography
• Video production and editing
• Paid social media strategy or ad management

Compensation

• Monthly Fee: $2,000 - $2200 (inclusive of payment processing fees)
• Payments issued on the 1st of each month
• Reimbursement available for pre-approved, reasonable business expenses with documentation

Working Relationship

This role is structured as an independent contractor engagement, not employment. The contractor is responsible for their own:

• Taxes and withholdings
• Insurance
• Business expenses not otherwise approved for reimbursement

Confidentiality

The contractor may have access to sensitive organizational information and agrees to maintain strict confidentiality and protect all non-public information.

Ownership of Work

All final deliverables and work products created during this engagement become the property of Crossroads Continuum. The contractor may showcase completed work in a professional portfolio.

⚖️ Professional Standards

• Work will be performed fully remotely
• No in-person work is expected unless mutually agreed upon in writing
• In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to pursue mediation before legal action
