Position Overview
Crossroads Continuum is seeking a creative and organized Social Media Consultant to lead our digital presence across key platforms. This contractor will develop strategy, create engaging content, and manage our online community while collaborating with internal program leaders to ensure messaging aligns with our mission and initiatives.
This is a monthly retainer-based contract role with clearly defined deliverables and opportunities to expand scope over time.

Compensation
Working Relationship
This role is structured as an independent contractor engagement, not employment. The contractor is responsible for their own:
Confidentiality
The contractor may have access to sensitive organizational information and agrees to maintain strict confidentiality and protect all non-public information.
Ownership of Work
All final deliverables and work products created during this engagement become the property of Crossroads Continuum. The contractor may showcase completed work in a professional portfolio.
