Job Summary

The Campaign Specialist support the production and daytoday operations of multiple direct mail fundraising campaigns in alignment with agencywide and departmental goals. The Specialist coordinates campaign timelines, creative assets, data inputs, vendor deliverables, and quality controls to ensure accurate, timely execution. Working under the direction of the Manager and in collaboration with internal partners, s/he supports performance tracking, issue resolution, and continuous improvement efforts while building foundational skills in direct response fundraising, donor experience, and campaign operations.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ work experience in direct response, marketing or fundraising
  • Experience with budget planning and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with direct response fundraising concepts, including donor acquisition, renewals, segmentation, and campaign lifecycles.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to speak, write and present information clearly
  • Strong decision-making and negotiating skills
  • Understanding of fundraising concepts and a demonstrated ability to raise money
  • Familiarity with donor databases or related systems 
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to effortlessly manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A fierce and tireless attention to detail
  • Forward-thinking, anticipates opportunities and challenges
  • A structured individual with strong time management skills who is deadline-driven and works well under pressure
  • Takes initiative, requires minimal supervision and demonstrates impeccable follow-through
  • A team player who projects a positive attitude, high energy and enthusiasm

Required Languages: Fluency in English.

Travel:Must be able to travel up to 10% at a time.
