Position Overview

We're seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to serve as our Employer Branding & Technology Experience Lead. This role is designed for someone who understands the intersection of employer branding, employee experience, and technology culture. You'll be responsible for defining and deploying our technology employer brand, creating initiatives that foster community and engagement, and ensuring consistency across all internal and external communications.

As a key contributor to our HR and Communications teams, you'll work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization to build a technology culture that reflects our values and supports our business objectives.
