</ul><div><strong>About EPATT</strong></div><div>East Palo Alto Tennis and Tutoring (EPATT) is a nonprofit serving K–12 students since 1988 through academic tutoring, tennis, and enrichment activities. Our mission is to help students become college and career-ready.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Position Summary</strong></div><div>Do you want to equip youth for college and career readiness?! Then EPATT tutoring wants you! EPATT Tutors provide 1:1 academic support to students in grades K–12 using EPATT’s curriculum. Subjects include Reading, Math, Science, or SAT Prep.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></div><ul>
<li>Authorized to work in the U.S.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of K-12 math, reading, and writing</li>
<li>College students or graduates preferred</li>
<li>Organized, responsible, and energetic</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Experience working with youth from under-resourced communities is a plus</li>
</ul><div><strong>Technology Requirements</strong></div><ul>
<li>Comfortable using technology to lead virtual tutoring sessions.</li>
<li>Able to independently troubleshoot basic tech issues and support students as needed.</li>
<li>Must use a laptop or desktop computer with a working camera and microphone (iPads/tablets are not compatible).</li>
<li>Reliable high-speed internet connection required.</li>
<li>Willing to learn and adapt to new digital tools as needed.</li>
