Role Overview
We are seeking a System Admin (L3/L4) to join our team. The role requires 8-10 years of experience in technical support, system administration, or infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows and Linux server operating systems, as well as Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory and Exchange.
What You Will Do
The System Admin (L3/L4) will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, maintaining Windows servers through effective patch management, and supporting internal or external clients by phone, email, or deskside.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Windows Server Hybrid Core Infrastructure (AZ-800) certification
- Windows Server Hybrid Advanced (AZ-801) certification
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification
- 8-10 years of experience in technical support, system administration, or infrastructure management
- Experience with Windows and Linux server operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory and Exchange
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Hyper-V clustering and other virtualization technologies
- Experience with backup platforms such as Veeam and Commvault
- Ability to stay current with Microsoft server tools and technologies
