Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Content Designer to join the Customer Service Content Strategy team. In this role, you will shape the way members and careerzynith support agents interact with our Help Center and internal knowledge base. You will translate complex technical concepts—such as device troubleshooting, streaming performance, and account management—into clear, concise, and user‑friendly content that resonates with a global audience.
