Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at retail accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize market share
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making
- Drive sales growth by promoting products and solutions tailored to the needs of powersports retailers
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales coordinators, marketing, and product development, to support sales initiatives and meet client needs
- Gather market intelligence and conduct analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive threats
- Utilize insights to adapt sales strategies, anticipate customer needs, and differentiate our offerings in the marketplace
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to internal stakeholders
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in strategic account management, customer service, or related field
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand market dynamics, identify opportunities, and develop actionable strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
