We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Temporary Customer Success Associate to join our growing team in a fully remote capacity. Position Overview

Are you the person who friends come to for fashion advice? Do you thrive on solving problems and making someone's day a little brighter? If so, we want to hear from you! As a Temporary Customer Success Associate at arenaflex, you will be the frontline voice of our brand, delivering exceptional service and creating seamless experiences for our customers across multiple channels including telephone, email, and live chat.

This position reports directly to the Customer Success Supervisor and plays a critical role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer care. You'll be the bridge between our customers and our business, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression while also contributing to our bottom line success.

What You'll Do

As an integral member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

Schedule and Availability

We offer a consistent and predictable schedule that supports work-life balance. The expected hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Additionally, you may be asked to work occasional weekend shifts based on business needs. We value flexibility and understand that our team members have lives outside of work, so we strive to provide advance notice whenever possible for any schedule changes.
