Territory Sales Manager – Stainless Steel Tanks

Remote with Travel Required

Watson Metal Masters is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to drive growth in the Stainless Steel Tank market. The ideal candidate communicates with integrity, creates customer enthusiasm, and excels in solution-based sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow solution-focused sales for Watson Metal Masters tanks
  • Support end users, distributors, and dealer networks
  • Build strong customer relationships through responsive, professional service
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals in your territory
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities efficiently
  • Travel approximately 25% and attend trade shows across the U.S.
  • Follow up on leads and manage your own project estimates

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of proven sales experience; manufacturing experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required
  • Ability to work remotely and travel as needed

Physical & Safety Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods when on-site
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs routinely and occasionally up to 50 lbs
  • Must follow safety procedures, including wearing safety glasses and steel-toe boots
