Position Overview – What You’ll Do
The Third Shift Remote Customer Solutions Representative is the frontline voice of careerzynith during the critical evening and overnight hours. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, accurately scheduling service appointments, and dispatching qualified technicians to the right locations. Key Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of administrative tasks as directed by the Office Manager and other senior leaders, such as data entry, reporting, and document preparation.
- Provide real‑time support to technicians on the field, answering questions about job details, equipment, or customer expectations.

Essential Qualifications – What We Require
