Candidate will design and deliver enterprise training programs, develop e-learning and instructor-led content, conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions, and support system adoption. • *Required Skills:** • 5+ years training delivery (virtual + classroom) • 2+ years training in high-volume contact center environments • 2+ years SAP S/4HANA training experience • 2+ tolling implementation projects (Back Office Agent training) • E-learning development using Articulate 360 / Captivate / Camtasia • Training needs assessment, curriculum development, user guides, documentation • SuccessFactors LMS experience preferred • *Nice to Have:** • Microsoft Dynamics CRM training (2+ yrs) • ServiceNow (Idea/Project/Demand modules) • PMP Certification
