Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with planning and coordinating travel experiences based on their preferences and goals
Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities using approved booking platforms
Provide recommendations and information tailored to client needs and budgets
Coordinate reservations and verify booking details for accuracy and completeness
Communicate professionally with clients through email, phone, and virtual communication tools
Manage itinerary updates, schedule changes, and client inquiries in a timely manner
Maintain organized records, documentation, and client information
