Virginia CCC-SLP | Remote School Based Position

Position Benefits • 1099 Independent Contractor Position • Compensation for Direct and Indirect Services • Competitive Hourly Pay • Flexible Scheduling • Work Remotely from Home • Access to Teletherapy Resources and Ongoing Support Key Responsibilities Assessment & Intervention • Conduct virtual evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication needs • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in a remote setting • Deliver direct teletherapy services and monitor student progress • Utilize data driven decision making to adjust interventions and maximize outcomes Collaboration & Support • Partner with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success • Provide strategies and resources to promote skill carryover at home and in the classroom • Participate in virtual IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Documentation & Compliance • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress, and IEP goals • Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations • Complete evaluations, reports, and billing documentation as required Technology & Teletherapy • Utilize virtual platforms and digital tools to deliver engaging therapy sessions • Adapt instructional materials for an effective online learning environment • Troubleshoot basic technology issues and assist families with platform navigation Advocacy & Education • Support student access to appropriate communication services • Educate families and school teams on speech and language development • Advocate for student needs and effective communication strategies Qualifications • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited program • Active Virginia SLP license (or ability to obtain prior to start date) • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) • Minimum of 2 years of experience (school-based and/or teletherapy experience preferred) • Experience developing and managing IEPs • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills • Comfortable utilizing teletherapy platforms and educational technology Interested?
